The seasoning company, which is currently based in Owings Mills, will host a job fair Aug. 11 at the Carroll County Business & Employment Resource Center in Westminster. It will be looking to hire about 40 new employees, said Lori Blake, director of human resources at Fuchs North America. Fuchs is seeking applicants for several positions including formulators, mill operators, forklift operators, packing operators, sample lab technicians and blending operators according to information on the Fuchs careers web page. The new hires will fill a mix of new positions and vacancies, Blake said. Job fair attendees are encouraged to bring their resumes as interviews will be conducted on the spot, the website says. Fuchs broke ground on its new facility at 3800 Hampstead Mexico Road in June 2015. Blake said the company expects to begin making its move to the new site in October and complete the transition by the end of the year.
